You've watched the movie The Secret and it sounded good, but the secret about The Secret is they kept "the how" a big, flippin' secret!
You've written your affirmation for what you want 55x for 5 days straight and all you manifested was a hand cramp…
You've shoved all kinds of crystals in your bra and all you manifested were some bruised ta-ta's.

You can't hack your body to run a marathon without a training practice, and you can't hack your energy to manifest big dreams without a training practice. Up until now, everyone I'm seeing is teaching rituals, methods, and activities.
Here's what nobody taught you: manifesting was never supposed to be a hack. It was supposed to be a state. No one taught you how to get into a state of command on command, so you got handed a stack of rituals instead, all of them putting your power somewhere outside of you. In the crystal. In the candle. In the leaf.
Don't get me wrong, I love a good vision board party and the crystal room at my local woo woo shop. But those things won't get me anywhere if my energy management practice isn't locked.

It's in you. It always was.
